This peaceful and comfortable accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, in the heart of the pine forest. With a magnificent view of the Etoile massif and a wooded garden, the villa offers a series of services to fully enjoy the sun of Provence: swimming pool, large terraces, summer kitchen, barbecue, children's games, air conditioning... Equipped with 2 bedrooms and accommodating up to 4 people, it is ideally located between Marseille and Aix. The space The house has a living area of 100 m2, spread over 2 levels. 1 floor is dedicated to the bedrooms, the other to the living rooms. Fully air-conditioned. There is a 7 m2 walk-in shower and a toilet. A fully equipped 15 m2 kitchen and a living/dining room of about 25 m2. On the bedroom side, we have a master bedroom of 25 m2 and a bedroom of 12 m2, equipped with a comfortable double bed. Outside, in addition to the swimming pool (7 x 3.5 m), its beach, and the equipped summer kitchen, we have a large covered terrace of 30 m2. Private parking. Very little overlooking.
