Talofa! Welcome to Mama Soi's Holiday Home! We are located in Vaigaga 10mins away from Apia, centrally located and close to everything. We offer 3 rooms & the entire house for family to enjoy. It's your home away from home with all the necessities & completely safe, gate+fence, private, spacious & peaceful. Added bonus: Our open Samoan Fale has its ownbathroom/toilet that caters to extra people if don't mind sleeping on mattress & our truck is also on rental as pictured in the garage section. The space This is our family holiday home and now open to your family to unwind, relax and enjoy! All brick and tiles throughout with screen covered windows right through to keep the mosquitos out. The layout is a open living room space with kitchen and dining and air con, extending out to a covered patio with ample space for the whole family gathering. This is our favorite spot in the mornings with the sounds of local birds at sunrise taking in the cool breeze of our surrounding gardens, its a breath of fresh air. Bedroom 1 - Family ensuite is the same length of the house so quite spacious. Consists of 2 queen size beds, own private lounge and your own bathroom with hot shower. Room sleeps up to 4 people but we can provide floor mattress for 2 extra people, making it sleep up to a maximum of 6 people. Bedroom 2 - Double room with 1 queen size bed, air con/fan with a shared bathroom but offers only cold shower. This room sleeps up to a maximum of 2 people. Bedroom 3 - Double room with 1 queen size bed, air con with a shared bathroom but offers only cold shower. This room sleeps up to a maximum of 2 people. Kitchen flows to a covered garage with ample space for parking, laundry, storage and washing line. ADDED BONUS:: Our open Fale Samoa behind main house, guests are welcome to use for family events, gatherings, sleepovers and additional guests at additional cost. This can include the use of tables and chairs stored in the storage room, single mattresses, as well as the freezer and we also have a gazebo if needed. There is also another shower/toilet attached to the Fale Samoa for its own convenience. Our caretakers also live onsite (uncle & aunty) for added security and additional services if needed (additional charges). They're great cooks and a great help with any local needs. Guest access You have the whole front house, garage and laundromat to yourselves. We also have on rental our truck pictured in the garage section. Please message us for availability and bookings. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE:: Cashpower electric system: You will be provided with 100tala worth of Cashpower at the start of your stay . Extra cost is on you if you run out and its pay as you go. You can top up from the nearest Electric outlet or most supermarkets, our caretakers will show you where or you can ask them to top up for you. Please turn off all electrical units especially aircon when you leave the house for the day to save power!! We suggest noting how much you use after the first night to gauge how much you will need for the duration of your stay. WIFI: This is pay as you use, there is a Vodafone modem which you can top up for the duration of your stay. We normally top up $100-$200 tala for my kids to connect online for school and to connect our smart tv for netflix and movies. Otherwise we suggest buying a local sim card for browsing and save the wifi for the smart tv. Our caretakers will show you how to top up or they can top up for you and provide receipts. Dogs on the premises: We have 2 family dogs for security and they are the most friendly bunch ever, Snowy & Beauty. If your afraid of dogs we can arrange for them to be tied up but I promise you they are not dangerous at all.
