The Homestead is the main home at Swan Creek Retreat, set in peaceful countryside near award-winning wineries. Guests enjoy full private use of the home, comfortable living spaces with outdoor private fire pit. Two cabins are located near the home and can be booked to accommodate more guests. Guests also have access to the Gathering Room, featuring a kitchen, seating, games, and fire pits. The entire property can be booked together, or separate, accommodating up to 11 overnight guests. Guest bath includes a tub/shower combo, makeup vanity, and full-size washer & dryer. 🍽 Kitchen & Dining Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances—perfect for cooking or entertaining. Bar-style island seating for 4, plus dining table for 4. 🔥 Outdoor Space Enjoy a large Blackstone grill, outdoor dining area, and a cozy gas fire pit—perfect for evenings under the stars. 💪 Extras Guests have access to a nearby (walkable) home gym featuring a Peloton bike, treadmill, multi-use strength equipment, free weights. Outdoor amenities include a basketball court, volleyball, and cornhole, upon request. You’re also welcome to visit our private fishing pond, located 4 miles away, for a relaxing escape. Guests enjoy full private use of the home. Two small cabins are located near the home and may be occupied during your stay unless the entire property is reserved. Guests also have access to The Gathering Room, a shared common area featuring a full kitchen, seating, games, entertainment, and outdoor fire pits. This space may be shared with other guests or reserved for private gatherings when the full property is booked. When booking The Homestead you have this entire home and it is private. You will not encounter any other guests unless you choose to use the Gathering Room or other common areas like the gym, or basketball court, which is a short walk around the property. Other things to note 🌿 A Few Helpful Things to Know Swan Creek Retreat is a relaxed, rural getaway designed to feel like real country living—not a urban, city-style stay. 🐓 Country Sounds & Nature You may hear roosters crowing, dogs barking, and other natural farm or wildlife sounds. Stink bugs and other harmless insects are also common, especially during seasonal changes. 🐾 Meet Rip (Our Gentle Giant) Rip, our Cane Corso, lives just across the road and may occasionally be visible. He’s friendly, well-behaved, and part of the property’s laid-back charm. If you’re not comfortable around dogs, just let us know—we’re happy to make sure Rip is not out during your stay. 🏡 Shared vs Private Spaces The Gathering Room and one fire pit are shared spaces. The house has its own propane firepit.
