Collingwood Escape

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located 3-story condo. A relaxing and quiet place, with easy access to everything Collingwood has to offer. Just minutes to the downtown, skiing, golf, walking/cylcing paths, and Blue Mounatin village. You can settle in for your stay, with no need for long treks to find something for everyone. Pubs, Thai, Vietnamese, steak house, and gluten-free options are all close, so there is something for all palates. The space As you walk in the front door, there are 2 doors on the right. These are, in order, the bedroom with the wooden wall, with a full size bed, and a washroom with stacked washer/dryer, and a tub/shower. At the end of the hall, there is the bedroom with the sliding door window to the back deck. The third bedroom is on the top (third) floor, and has an ensuite with a walk-in shower stall. Living space is all on the second floor. Just outside the front door, there is a small storage facility, which is perfect for bikes, or skiis. As this is the end unit, it is quieter (only one neighbour who is friendly and quiet), and has more windows..making this a bright welcoming space. A skylight in the living room adds even more light!
