You will receive instructions on the location of a key lock box and code. The second set of keys will be inside the apartment. Other things to note Important note: even though this listing appears new, the apartment has been an AirBnb for over a year, but listed using a hosting company. We have recently opted to manage it ourselves with some extra time to be able to oversee the running of the property ourselves. We had over 75 - 5 star reviews, so a shame to lose this but very excited to be hosting again! Please respect the house rules. Unfortunately no parties are allowed, but it’s Fitzroy so there will never be a struggle to find a pub, bar or club just around the corner (if unsure where to go, just ask, as we know the area very well). An instruction manual will be provided upon your arrival on how to use certain appliances in the property, although nothing is overly complicated.
