Greentea House - great view over sea and jungle

The house is surrounded by rainforest and has a spectacular view of the sea. It is the ideal place for relaxing, hiking, birdwatching and more. The countless waterfalls and rivers nearby offer a wonderful experience for everybody. The property is centrally located; within an hour you are at the great beaches of the Pacific Ocean or in the city San Isidro/Perez Zeledon. The altitude of 750 meters offers a pleasant climate. The space This lovely house offers a breathtaking view of the jungle and the Pacific Ocean. The light breeze makes the stay pleasant. It is a quiet area, perfect for relaxing, taking pictures and enjoying the nature. Ideal for two people. There is a bedroom, bathroom, living room and a full equipped kitchen. Behind the house is the washing machine and the dryer. The power supply is solar, so that we have internet, hot water and electricity regardless of power outages. Only the washing machine and dryer are connected to the power grid. Other things to note Around the property are many hiking possibilities and it is ideal for birdwatching, viewing animals such as coaties, tepescuintles, deers and peccaries. During your stay you can visit one of the countless waterfalls. Nauyaca Fall and the Diamante Fall are the most well known. Walk to a gorgeous viewpoint, reachable from our property after an hour hiking and admire the beautiful "whale tale", a natural phenomenon that you won’t want to miss when visiting the Costa Ballena region of Costa Rica. Visit beautiful beaches in Uvita or in Dominical, Playa Ventanas, Playa Ballenas, Playa Linda and so many more. Go to Marino Balleno National Park for whale watching. The Caño Island is great for snorkeling or scuba diving.
