Mediterranean-style villa

Peaceful single-story house offering a relaxing stay for the whole family. Between the Thau basin and the sea, the villa is also close to a large bike path. There is the possibility to go to the sea by bike via the bike path, which takes about 25 minutes. Near the charming little port of Marseillan-Ville and its restaurants. Rather spacious house with swimming pool and large fenced garden. At the end of the private road, there is a small fruit and vegetable store. The space The pool is not heated. It is in winter storage from November 1st to the end of April. Access to the house is via a private road, where it will be possible to meet our neighbor's two dogs. If you come across them, we advise you to keep your dogs on a leash until you reach our house. Please let me know if you have any questions. Other things to note There is no cleaning fee, but we will ask you to leave the house as clean as it was when you arrived. Linens and towels are not provided. They are an additional €15 per room.
