The villa has 3 bedrooms, a small room without windows with two smaller beds, small TV room, dining room, kitchen, living room, bathroom with washing machine and dryer and guest toilet. Access to garden with a patio. Installed fiber with free wifi. Upstairs there is 1 bedroom with a double bed 180 cm, 1 bedroom with a double bed 180 cm and 1 bed 90 cm and a small TV room. In addition, there is a small room without windows adjacent to one of the bedrooms with 2 smaller beds. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with double bed 160 cm. The dining room has a dining table that seats 10 people and a wood-burning stove. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer and small dining area. Living room with sofa and armchairs. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine and dryer. 1 guest toilet. Access to garden with patio under pergola with dining area for 8 people and the possibility to barbecue in a kettle grill. Guest access Our guests have access to the whole house and garden themselves except for parts of the house's basement where we have storage. Parking caravans and motorhomes on the property is prohibited. Other things to note Sheets and towels are not included. The guest pays for electricity consumed during the stay that is in addition to normal consumption, e.g. charging an electric car. Cleaning is included in the rent but the guest is expected to tidy up after themselves, throw away rubbish, all dishes should be clean with the dishwasher on - do not need to be unloaded. If the house is in a very untidy condition, a cleaning fee will be charged according to what the cleaning company charges. No pets allowed.
