There is wooden flooring throughout the apartment and all of the amenities are new and in great condition. The Bedroom In the bedroom there is 1 DOUBLE BED & plenty of wardrobe space for luggage for a long stay. There is also a large bay-window that provides a lot of natural light. We recently had a bay-window seat built which is perfect to relax on during the day with a good book and a cup of tea. There is one desk in the bedroom and another in the kitchen with 2 monitors, ideal for WFH. The Kitchen The kitchen was renovated very recently and has a stylish design. The amenities include: - Large Belfast sink with Boiling Hot Tap - Nespresso Coffee Machine - Toaster - Fan Oven - Induction Hob & Extractor Fan Note that there is no microwave in the property. The Living Space This apartment has 1 two person sofa and an armchair next to the window. It is the perfect place to relax in the evenings. There is a SMART LG TV with all apps (Disney, Netflix, Amazon etc). The Bathroom Stylish design in the bathroom with recent renovation. There is one bath/shower where you can find complementary body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and moisturiser. All in glass bottles as we get them filled sustainably and locally in Didsbury. There are no windows in the bathroom as it is in the centre of the building but there is a powerful extractor fan that works well. The Location The apartment is located next to Albert's (fancy restaurant) & opposite Woodstock (hearty local pub) in West Didsbury. There are beautiful walks (Fletcher Moss Botanical Gardens/Didsbury Park/River Mersey to name a few) with huge protected trees and you can get into the centre of town in less than 30 minutes! Guest access This apartment is on the first floor of a converted Victorian building. There are 6 apartments in the building and all of the neighbours are very friendly. There is a car park outside the building with 6 spaces, there is one space per apartment. Please park in space number 4 when visiting. If you have more than one vehicle feel free to park a second car on the road. If you’re in need of a taxi, definitely use Uber, they are really fast and usually arrive within a few minutes of ordering. We will leave a key in the key safe for you to pick up before you arrive at the apartment. We will be in touch with more details the day before your visit!
