In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, enjoy a large renovated house for 12 adults (14 people with children). Located in Ludes, in the Montagne de Reims, it offers a large wooded garden with views of the vineyards and the forest, a south-facing terrace, and all the comforts for gatherings with family or friends. Reims 15 min, Épernay 25 min. Upon your arrival, a bottle of our Champagne will be waiting for you, kept nice and cold. Beds made, linens provided. The space Accommodating up to 14 people (including 12 adults), this large renovated family house combines modern comfort with old-fashioned charm. Bright and carefully decorated, it is an ideal base for exploring the Champagne vineyards, Montagne de Reims, Reims, and Épernay. The living room, bathed in light thanks to its large French doors, opens directly onto the south-facing terrace and garden, with views of the vineyards and the forest. You will have access to: - 6 bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and 4 upstairs) - 3 bathrooms/showers - 1 Fully-equipped Kitchen - 1 large living room with dining area and lounge - 3 toilets - 1 laundry room Outside, a large terrace and a vast wooded garden offer the perfect setting for sharing a meal, enjoying a glass of champagne, or simply enjoying the calm of the Champagne countryside. A large basement can accommodate up to 2 vehicles, bicycles or motorcycles. Additional parking is available in the driveway as well as on the street. For your comfort, the beds are made before your arrival, bath linens are provided, and a bottle of Champagne awaits you in the refrigerator. The beds include: - 2 king size beds (180 x 200), convertible to 4 single beds on request and with additional charges - 3 queen size beds (160 x 200) - 2 single beds (90 x 200) A crib and a travel cot are also available for the youngest guests. For the sake of hygiene and to ensure the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed. Guest access The entire house is reserved for you.
