Hello! We are Daniel and Marion. We prepared this cozy apartment so you can fully enjoy your stay at this beautiful city. It s located at 400m from Plaza Serrano, Palermo, one of the best neighbourhoods in town: touristic area, with lot of art gallerys, shops, pubs and restaurants. It is well connected with bus lines and taxis to get to different places. With a very good relation between quality and price, in this new apartment you can find everything you need to feel comfortable. La cocina está bien equipada y tambien hay aire acondicionado, TV, buena conexión de Wifi. Se destaca el patio con plantas, para disfrutarlo! It s got one bedroom, with possibility to have there a double bed or two single beds, There are also two extra beds in the living room, if you are three or four guests. The kitchen is fully equiped. Air conditioning in the living room, also TV, fine WIFI connection, and a very nice private yard to enjoy, with some plants and flowers there. Guest access There´s a laundry and in summer you can enjoy the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. In case of a power outage, there´s an electrogen group in the building.
