Casetta dello Scoiattolo is an accommodation that is part of the new luxury glamping area of Casa Conti di Sotto, a small village with swimming pools and spas just 1 km from the tourist town of Gavorrano and 12 from the sea. It is located on the beautiful Golfo del Sole, in front of the Island of Elba. 40 square meters plus 2 panoramic external verandas, each 15 square meters. Breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills The property will allow you to enjoy a unique experience in contact with nature. The space "La Casetta dello Scoiattolo" is the first all-wooden cottage in the new luxury glamping area, located in a panoramic and private position, adjacent to the pool/spa area, to enjoy a unique experience immersed in nature with its fantastic sounds. The Casetta is a studio apartment of 36 square meters with two private panoramic verandas of 15 meters each, equipped with sun loungers with a unique view of the Tuscan hills and barbecue with table and chairs for outdoor lunch/dinner. In the Casetta there are two satellite TVs with DVDs, a double bed, a single sofa bed, bathroom with panoramic shower, fridge, freezer, sink, microwave, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, toaster, private outdoor barbecue with a gas stove. Included in the price: sheets and towels (weekly change), wifi, air conditioning, private covered parking. A cot and high chair are available upon request. Guest access Bed linens, towels, safe, wifi, and final cleaning are included in the price. 1 private covered parking space is included in the price. We are only a 5-minute drive from the most famous wineries in our area: the Rocca di Frassinello winery built by Renzo Piano and Antinori. A few km away are medieval villages and Etruscan archaeological sites (Vetulonia and Roselle) and just 5 km away is a golf course. We are 30 minutes from the boarding in Piombino for the Island of Elba, Sardinia and Corsica, and only 12 km from the Marina di Scarlino where you can embark for mini-cruises in the beautiful Tuscan archipelago (Island of Elba, Island of Giglio, Island of Montecristo, Palmaiola, Giannutri, Pianosa) Less than a 20-minute drive to spas ideal for mud and inhalations. Only 45 km to Siena, 1 hour to Pisa, Livorno, 1 hour and 30 minutes to Florence and Lucca. 2 hours and 30 minutes to Perugia/Assisi and Arezzo.
