The space The space ISARD & GUINEU is a two-story apartment located on the second and third floors of the CASA DERA LETRA country house, in the heart of Les, in Baix Aran. A space with a strong personality: sloping ceilings, natural stone walls, exposed wood beams, and windows with mountain views. All in all, it creates a warm and authentic atmosphere that you won’t find in any hotel. The apartment is ideal for groups of up to 8 people who want to enjoy the Val d’Aran without sacrificing comfort. Rooms · Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (5'3" x 6'7") with en-suite bathroom · Room 2: four single beds (35.4 x 78.7 in / 90 x 200 cm), perfect for children or groups of friends · Bedroom 3 (attic): king-size bed, full private bathroom, and a hot tub for two people. It also features a wood-burning fireplace. Without a doubt, the most special space in the house Common area (s) The living-dining room is spacious and bright, with a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils to cook for the whole group. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Outside, the garden with a barbecue is perfect for cool summer evenings or family lunches. Shared with another small apartment, but big enough for everyone without getting in each other’s way. Free street parking (unguarded public parking 155 meters away). The hot tub The mezzanine is undoubtedly the standout feature of the apartment. This is an intimate space on the top floor, featuring a 24-hour hot tub for two, a full bathroom, and a unique ambiance amidst wood and stone. Perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains or for celebrating a special occasion. The surroundings and activities Les is a town of almost 1,000 inhabitants in Baish Aran, with all the amenities: supermarket, butcher shop, pharmacy, bars, and restaurants. Quiet and authentic, it is the gateway to the least touristy part of the Val d’Aran. Just a five-minute walk away, you will find an adventure company offering activities for all ages: rafting, canyoning, zip lining, kayaking, via ferratas, and climbing. Right next door, the Les thermal spa is perfect for unwinding after an active day. From the doorstep of the house, hiking trails lead through forests of centuries-old beech trees, up to Pyrenean passes and peaks, and through small, incredibly beautiful valleys. You can organize excursions without the need for a car. In winter, the Baqueira-Beret ski slopes are 30 minutes from the house. Important notes · Access is via stairs (2nd and 3rd floors); there is no elevator. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility. · The apartment does not have air conditioning. In the summer, since the attic is under a roof, it can get hot during the middle of the day. Starting in the afternoon, it cools down, and the temperature is comfortable for sleeping. · Pets are welcome at the house. Let us know if you have any questions.
