B&B double room in the cozy guesthouse

Kviströms guest house, one of the oldest buildings in the Bohuslän (1664) sits where Medieval strife, Nordic conflicts, and Cold War tension have had historic impact. Just here, the ancient route along sea and inland crossed River Örekilsälven. Today it is adjacent to two natural reserves. Easy access by cars, buses to shopping and tourist attractions: Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Fjällbacka, Lysekil, Strömstad etc. Free parking. The guest house is fully renovated to be as original in tune with expectations from the regional museum. You are now staying with us in a double room on the second floor. The guests on this floor share two showers and one toilet. The second toilet is found on the entry floor (by the entrance door). We provide a little kitchen in the big seminar room (salong) on this floor. There you find a microwave, water boiler, plates, cups, spoons, knives and forks. Self-service tea and instant coffee are in the kitchen. A big salong on the same level is available for our guests. There the guests can socialise with a couple of tea/coffee, watch TV, read books or working. Enjoy seating outdoor in our beautiful garden. Guest access Breakfast is served in the cafe from 8.00 - 10.00. We can prepare a take-away breakfast if you want your breakfast earlier. Please book in beforehand. If you require breakfast, meals for lunch or dinner, kindly check our meny in the Cafe. More options are available on request. TV, free Wifi internet is available. We provide conference services in the guest house: meeting rooms, foods and coffee breaks. Please ask us for more information if you need! During your stay Kviströms Gästgiveri operates small scale with a personal and cosy touch. It is operated by Ngoc and Anders. We have retired from academia and consultancy work and turned the inn into a lifestyle expression, even monument. We are proud over it and happy to see it in operation. It means that we have open minds to interaction with our guests, willing to give good advice when called for. Cafe is the social hub where local and long-distance guests meet.
