The studio is set within the grounds of 15th century thatched guide listed restaurant within the South Downs national park and very close to Goodwood , The Catherdral City of Chichester, The Witterings and Portsmouth's Historic Dockyard. The space The Studio is a stand alone studio apartment within the grounds of the restaurant, the studio has its own access door and has its own fully equipped open planned kitchen and langue with free view TV. Ironing Board and Iron are available on request. Please read and be sure you can adhere to the Pet section on ‘other things to note’ before booking with your pet. Guest access Self contained studio apartment for sole use of guests. Other things to note One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you. Dogs must be well behaved and house trained. Please do not allow them on the furniture. Please clear up after them outside and around the property. Please do not leave them alone in the property. Muddy paws must be cleaned before they are allowed in the studio apartment. Guest must provide own dog bed and dog bowls. There is an allocated parking space for the studio. Please make us aware if you are planning on bringing more than one vehicle. The villages of Funtington and West Ashling are both walkable, with a choice of two country pubs, The Fox & Hounds and The Richmond Arms, a Vineyard, Ashling Park and our restaurant, Hallidays. There is a bus stop at the top of the road, with buses to Chichester (54). The closest train station is Bosham with direct links to Portsmouth & London.
