Old house, completely renovated. The 65 m2 accommodation overlooks a large terrace overlooking the garden and offers an unobstructed view. The entire place is for guests only. The decor mixes family furniture and contemporary works in a sober and relaxing atmosphere. The little extras: a library of novels and art books, wood to prepare a good barbecue, a bicycle garage, a small vegetable garden and homemade olive oil to enhance summer salads! The space The house consists of a main room with living and dining room, open to the kitchen, a spacious bedroom, a bathroom with floor siphon shower, a separate toilet and a storage room convenient for storing luggage. It is southeast facing, it is equipped with large windows equipped with electric roller shutters and also has air conditioning. The accommodation opens onto a terrace of about 20 m2, partly backed by a tree. It is decorated with a table, chairs, a large umbrella, 2 deckchairs and a barbecue. The garden also allows you to relax and offers a small vegetable garden (in season and depending on the success of the crops!) where you can pick aromatic plants and vegetables. Guest access The house is located on the first floor, served by a staircase, and therefore cannot accommodate people with reduced mobility. The terrace and garden are reserved for guests Other things to note For stays of a week or more, guests will be able to choose the works they want to see on their walls from a selection offered by the host (outside the artist's exhibition period) If you like cats, Chachou will come to be petted outside, without entering the house and disturbing the guests!
