Cosy, light double room with a view. My home is in a quiet cul de sac in a picture-perfect Ribble Valley village. Gorgeous countryside walks on the doorstep, including the beautiful Tolkien Trail. Ten minutes walk to historic Stonyhurst College. One hour's drive from Manchester airport, 15 mins drive to Clitheroe. The Ribble Valley has many picturesque walks and great places to eat. The space My home is a semi-detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac in a rural village, popular with walkers - especially for the the Tolkien Trail, a 7.5 mile circular walk in lovely and varied scenery. We are 10 mins walk to Stonyhurst College and Theodore House. I'm close to several wedding venues such as Hobbit Hill, (1 mile). The Shireburn Arms (2 minute walk), Mitton Hall (2 miles ), Bashall Barn (3 miles) and The Outbarn (4 miles) You have access to the kitchen for tea and coffee and breakfast. You are welcome to use the light bright dining area/lounge. I have a cottage back garden with a seating area, which is a lovely space for coffee on a sunny morning. Your room is light, bright and spacious with a with an open view across the village. You have a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The shared bathroom is on the first floor across from your room. Guest access Hall, kitchen, dining area/lounge, shared bathroom, own double room and back garden. Off road parking. During your stay Guests can contact me by phone or text. Other things to note I have a independent cat called Marmite who comes and goes and keeps herself to herself.
