I'm excited to offer you 2 cozy double bedrooms with private bathroom in my home. As a new host, I've put great care into making this space a comfortable and inviting home away from home. Just a 10-min walk will take you to central Trim, where history and charm await. Also, the bus stop is just a 5-min walk away, you'll have easy access to Dublin and other nearby attractions! The space The room is comfortably furnished with a double bed, a bedside table, and a wardrobe for your convenience. Your private bathroom, with a shower, is conveniently located right next door in the hallway. Parking is never an issue here, with ample space both on our driveway and directly in front of the house. Because this is a new listing, you’ll be among the first to experience it and your feedback will be invaluable in helping me perfect the space for future guests. Guest access Guests are welcome to use our kitchen at anytime to make tea and coffee and our washing machine with prior arrangement. During the summer months, you might also enjoy relaxing in our garden—a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Other things to note About Trim Trim is a gem of a town, steeped in history and bursting with character. Discover the impressive Norman castle, famously featured in Braveheart, or enjoy scenic walks along the beautiful River Boyne. The town has a delightful selection of coffee shops, restaurants, and lively pubs with traditional music, all within easy walking distance of our home. Trim is truly a must-see when visiting Ireland. Beyond Trim, you'll find an array of incredible sites to explore: • Dublin Airport - 45 mins drive by car • Dublin City is just an hour away by bus or car. • Bective Abbey is a quick 10-minute drive. • The Hill of Tara is 20 minutes away. • Newgrange, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only a 30-minute drive.
