Charming 36-square-meter apartment that can accommodate 2 to 4 people and is located in a large building. Guests have a large independent covered terrace and can enjoy the large shared garden, with trees and flowers. Children up to 10 years old can enjoy a hut and trampoline shared with hosts and other guests. Ideal place to relax and unwind close to all the amenities and tourist and gastronomic places of Gers. The space The apartment consists of a living room with a round table for 4 people, a sofa bed for 2 people, a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large fridge / freezer, oven and electric hobs, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, citrus press and toaster. The bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, ironing board and steam iron. The bedroom is equipped with a dresser, wardrobe, two nightstands and a 140 bed. The covered terrace has a table and 4 chairs as well as an outdoor sofa. You'll have access to books and board games to have fun for families or groups of friends. Bed and bath linen is provided. Free loan of a high chair and crib (up to 2 years old) is available upon request. Only from April 1 to October 31. Guest access You can also access the picnic area (with wooden picnic table and barbecue) as well as the large wooded and flowered garden. Pets not allowed. The geographical configuration does not allow PRM access.
