A raised bungalow, our separate guest suite has everything you need. Electronic keypads allows you to come and go without the worry of a key. Park on the driveway and have the option to do laundry. Located between Downtown Toronto and Niagara Falls you have the best of both worlds at an affordable price. Great for vacation, temporary housing due to moving or renovations, grad student accommodations, or even teaching professional accommodations . We follow Airbnb 5 step cleaning process. The space Large bedroom with a king size bed, with night stands, closet space, and a writing desk all separate from the main area which includes leather couches in the living room and a glass table dining area. With free wifi you also have access to a television so you can stream movies via your laptop or phone. Kitchen comes with all major appliances such as fridge, stove, and microwave. You will also find a toaster and a plethora of dishes. The full washroom has everything you need including a blow dryer to get you ready for the day. And if you need it, the use of the laundry room is at your convenience for an additional cost. For the enjoyment of everyone, this is a smoke/vape free and pet free unit and property. Guest access Guests access through the side gate which leads to a side door where you will enter your given access code to enter the common area. Make your way down the stairs and a large door to the unit awaits. Enter the second given code and you’re in. Other things to note This guest suite is set up for 3 adults or 2 adults and their dependent children. Garbage, recycling, and compost bins are available inside the suite. When they are full a larger garbage, recycling, and compost bins are located outside for you to put yours in. These bins will be brought to the curb on Wednesday evening for Thursday pick up unless Monday is a holiday. Guests are responsible for maintaining a clean toilet, sink, and shower. There is 2 sets of king bed sheets, several towels, and hand towels available for approximately 2 week stays, so fresh linen and towels are the responsibility of the guests who stay longer. Laundry is at an additional cost.
