Enjoy your stay in our comfortably furnished apartment, with 2 bedrooms, 1 children's bedroom (suitable for a camping bed) and living room. The apartment (for 5 people) is located on Kennedy Boulevard and is approximately 50 meters from the beach and 150 meters from the pleasant center of Egmond aan Zee. The space The apartment is located on Kennedyboulevard and belongs to a small apartment complex. The apartment is accessible via a staircase. You have a (limited) view of the sea from the apartment and it is a stone's throw from the beach and lively center. After a wonderful day you can enjoy the many restaurants and cozy terraces. Holiday home Beach House has 2 bedrooms and a children's bedroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, with the bottom bed able to accommodate 2 people. The extra room has a baby bed, high chair, large cupboard wall and washing machine! The living room is very tastefully furnished with a corner sofa, digital flat screen and dining area. From the living room you step directly onto the balcony. Here is a sturdy scaffolding wooden lounge sofa. The kitchen has a gas hob, dishwasher, combination microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso and kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink with mirror. The holiday home has 2 entrances, one at the balcony and at the rear there is another entrance door. The parking lot that belongs to the holiday home is also located here. A high chair and cot are available as standard. It is a non-smoking home and pets are not allowed. The holiday home has its own parking space (1 car). This is located at the rear of the house. For your information: paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee.
