The space Introducing Athena's little house, a charming new loft in the Minerva building, newly renovated and carefully designed to give you an unforgettable experience. This studio is perfect for two people, although it can also accommodate one or two children upon request. The east-facing terrace lets you enjoy the morning sun, keeping the afternoons and evenings cooler. It has a set of tables and chairs. The office-style kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, water heater, toaster, blender, pans, pots, full kitchenware and washing machine. In addition, it has an American bar ideal for breakfast, a cold drink or even work. For a good night's sleep, it has a comfortable and new 1.50 double bed with viscoelastic pillows and an additional 1.65 x 1.20 sofa bed. You'll also find a dining table with two chairs that you can use as a desk. You will enjoy free WiFi (currently not available) and a complimentary Smart TV with Amazon Prime, and both Spanish and foreign channels. Air conditioning, ceiling fan and electric blinds. The modern bathroom has a 1.50 shower and a 50L electric water heater. Bedding and a set of towels are included for your comfort. Guest access Minerva is a private apartment complex in Benalmádena Costa, with large gardens, swimming pools with lifeguards, slides*, bar-restaurant, hammock service*, 24-hour reception, free community parking*, supermarket, safe rental and hairdresser. Ideal location next to Plaza de Bonanza and La Paloma Park. It has all kinds of services and shops nearby; restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, stores and much more. *The slides will be open during the summer months. Please ask us if you need to know if they will be open during your stay. *During the winter season, the two small pools and the bar will be open. *Use of hammocks has a cost to be paid in the pool area (currently €4/day) *Due to the increase in visitors in the summer months, parking spaces are more in demand and patience will be needed. We cannot guarantee their availability. A few minutes walk away is the Parque de la Paloma, a green oasis in the city center, ideal for families and nature lovers. All furniture, electrical equipment, as well as air conditioning are new, however if something stops working during your stay, we will do our best to fix it ASAP, but we do not accept refunds for any failure in our equipment. Complimentary amenities such as shampoo or toilet paper are provided as a starter kit. Near the apartment there are supermarkets where you can buy what you need for your stay. Long reservations will have 2 sets of sheets and towels. If you need a second set for a short stay, you must request it in advance, it will cost an extra 20 euros. The housekeeper takes a video showing the condition of the apartment and all its items before and after each guest's departure. Extra services contracted must be paid for before your arrival.
