The studio apartment is perfect for small families who wish to visit Terrigal. Situated close to the heart of Terrigal it is a short 10-15min walk to the beach, cafes or a stroll along the beautiful boardwalk. With its own private entry, you will be left alone to enjoy the sounds of the birds or an afternoon spa with a nice cold beverage. With the addition of a bunk bed, this is great affordable accommodation for the whole family to stay. The space Beautifully newly renovated studio which is 10min walk to Terrigal shops, cafes and beach. Great location and affordable getaway for the whole family. The studio has a double bed, which is on an elevated recessed platform and blockout blind. It has a private bathroom with laundry facilities and clothes line. The studio has a kitchenette for basic food preparation but is not set up for cooking. A basic continental breakfast is provided. Outside there is a private balcony to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The studio has a private entrance from the street. The upper house is occupied by the owners with their 5yr old daughter. Happy to have a drink and give recommendations for places to eat and visit or leave you to enjoy your own private space. Guest access There are plenty of stairs from the carport to the entrance of the studio. The walk into Terrigal is quite hilly as well. Other things to note There will be a lockbox with the key, so you can come whenever is convenient for you.
