Very peaceful location, 20 minutes from Chichester and Goodwood. 5 minutes from the beautiful market town of Arundel with the amazing Arundel Castle and Cathedral, and by the South Downs. If it's the beach your after its 20 min walk to Climping beach or 5 mins by car. The space This is a private room in a detached house with garden and parking outside in a very peaceful location. Guests have use of the dining room, tea, coffee and microwave facilities are available in the utility room. I also have another double bedroom available, so can accommodate upto 4 persons if required. The 2nd available room does not have a bathroom attached but there is a another available bathroom with bath not shower) Guest access Access is via the main front door
