Jax Place is a charming 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom 50's style bungalow. Modernised with quality appliances and furniture. This is a comfortable, sunny and warm home with great views of the beach and ocean. Close to the Saint Clair restaurants, boutique shops, beach, golf course and city. Under cover outdoor area with furniture and BBQ. Private, sunny fenced back yard, safe for children. Easy parking on the property for 2 vehicles. Ideal for 2 people but easily accommodates 4. The space The house is modest in size but extremely comfortable. Fully equiped kitchen with everything you could need. The bathroom is modern but on the smaller side with a full-sized shower. Washer and dryer are in a cupboard off the hallway. It has a fully fenced back yard. Extremely quiet neighbourhood. Guest access As a guest, you have the entire property to yourself. Other things to note There is a staircase to access the front door, but once unlocked the back-door is more accessible for people who may have an issue with steps. We have two security cameras on the property. These are directed toward the driveway and parking area. The cameras are not monitored, merely there to show when guests have left so Amy knows when to go in and clean. They also give added security for your vehicles while you are there.
