Both casitas provide a completely private space or, by reserving both , the opportunity to vacation with friends & family ! (scroll through the airbnb listings to view SUNRISE :) Both apartments, opposite one another across the breezeway, each have own outside entrance and include: * Separate Bedroom and bath are adjacent to living and kitchen space. * Living room futon, as 2nd bed , most suitable for kids. * Fully equipped kitchen to prepare a holiday feast or just a fast bite. * Ac/heat, ceiling fans & dimmer ready lighting through out. * Whole house clean water filtration system. * Chairs, umbrellas, assorted toys & towels for beach. * APRECIAR LA VIDA is located 3.7 miles in serene east end of the Las Conchas entrance. 5-10 minute drive from there brings you to all shopping, entertainment and adventure needs. * Property is shared with other SUNSET casita directly across common area breezeway used for relaxing, desert and ocean viewing, bbq-ing, dining , sitting by the fountain or fire or making new friends. Your apartment is fully complete and turn key ready. It is on right side of the ground level . Upper levels are owners' private areas. Guest access Guests free to use front and back areas, covered common area breezeway, palapa ,charcoal grill, kayak and beach equipment. Other things to note $100 fine for smoking INSIDE casita & shared Breezeway or other restricted non-smoking areas .Includes anything: tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarette. $ 100.00 fine per each unauthorized animal.
