The space The apartment has a bedroom with a box spring bed, a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, a large living room with separate dining area, cozy sitting area, TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove with ceramic hobs and modern oven, fridge with small freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. In the cold season, underfloor heating ensures pleasantly warm feet in the apartment. If necessary, the rooms can be darkened by blinds. Treat yourself to a break from everyday life in our apartment and enjoy "pure nature" in the experience area between the Baltic Sea and Mecklenburg Lake District. A level, bright, spacious 50 m²apartment for 2 people with separate entrance and CAR parking space awaits you right in front of the house. The approx. 20 m² terrace is wind-protected by visible walls. Here you have a barbecue, garden table, garden chairs and a beach chair at your disposal. For the sporty balance, a ping pong table or bicycles can be rented. Opposite our property is a park with a castle pond and a beautiful castle. In the spring and summer months, weddings with small fireworks or fire show often take place here. From the apartment you can immediately discover the surrounding countryside with the many sights around Lake Plauer, past campsites, swimming beaches or fishing farms or just in the forest or on the meadows in the Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide Nature Park.
