Nestled within a small enclave of custom homes, our approx. 1,200 sf Guest-Home is located on our private home property, a very private country setting of 3.25 acres w/ many trees & bamboo, behind 2 security gates. Newly furnished. Privately located adjacent to our Main House, 1 Bedroom (no door) + 1 large Loft + 1 Bathroom with large tiled shower, Living Room with High Vaulted Ceilings, TV , Dining Area, Full Kitchen, and Bumper Pool Table The space Nestled w/in a small enclave of custom homes in #SimiValley , located on our private home property, a very private country setting of 3.25 acres w/ many trees & bamboo, behind 2 security gates & only 3 minutes from 118 freeway & all major conveniences. Guest access Guests already have my phone #. After checking in the guest, I tell the guest to let me know if there's anything that they don't have, but need, and we'll see what we can do to accommodate them. After that, guest is left alone, but I'm here on the property should they need me or have any questions. Other things to note There is wifi and ethernet connection. If there's anything that you might need that's not in the guest house, let us know and we will accommodate you if we can. Let us know if you have questions about bringing a pet. *POOL IS EMPTY/CLOSED FROM MID- OCTOBER THROUGH LATE MAY. Guests have use of the back patio of Attached Guesthouse and share the pool and pool area with owner and other guests. Outdoor security camera in pool area pavilion.
