The rental is a private guest room and bathroom directly across the hallway in our home. The rest of the house is occupied. We are 1 mile from the highway and ~20 minutes from Baltimore. Your spaces are the guest room and the bathroom. The rest of the house (Office, Living Room, Kitchen, etc) is not part of the rental. We have two cats that will likely avoid you during your stay. They aren't aggressive, but they don't approach strangers. We can confine them during your stay if necessary. The space Your spaces are the guest room and the bathroom directly across the hallway. You can park at the side of the house near the walkway. Do not park in the driveway. Other things to note We will NOT enter the room or bathroom during your stay without permission from you, unless there is an emergency. For safety and liability reasons, we do not allow unauthorized guests inside the house at any time. If you didn't request a second guest, do not let others inside the house. If you want to have a second guest you must indicate that when you reserve the room. We have external cameras on the property that monitor the front and back door, and driveway. If you are allergic to cats this is not a safe space for you, you accept full responsibility for issues arising to allergies.
