As a plan for families with small children, the price is set for stays of 2 or more people. Please note that accommodation for 2 or fewer people is possible, but the price per person will be higher. Children 3 years old and younger are free (even if there are 2 or more). There is also a private parking lot on the premises for 2 cars and 10 cars diagonally across the street. We have two chairs for toddlers (for sitting). Children under 3 years old who do not pay for accommodation will basically sleep with the accompanying person. Please note that we do not provide complimentary amenities for children under 3 years old. Chichibu Concierge Sam, who has been a highly rated manager for about 4 years at an accommodation facility in Chichibu City, is a room-only rental plan for a guest house that newly opened in July 2024. I am not fluent in English, but We're here to help during your stay! The space The inn is a typical old house in Chichibu that was built about 80 years ago. The manager, Sam, lived there for about half a year, and renovated it while keeping the good old things, considering the convenience of the guests. ① On the first floor, there is ① a 6 tatami mat-sized waiting room (with a closet) ② a 6 tatami mat-sized Japanese-style room (with a closet) ③ a 10 tatami mat-sized Japanese-style room with a dining kitchen, There is a toilet and a bathroom (with a dressing room). ② On the second floor, there is a ① 6-tatami Japanese-style room for relaxation, ② a 10-tatami bedroom (with closet), and ③ a 6-tatami Western-style room with a sofa (with closet), as well as a toilet and veranda. ③ Parking is available on the side of the building on the premises and is free of charge. For regular cars, 2 sedan-type cars can be parked. There is also a private parking lot for 10 cars diagonally across the street. Guest access There are two entrances to the building, Lily Beauty Salon and Tomodachi House, but please enter through the door marked Tomodachi House. Please note that there will be people coming in and out of the beauty salon from about 9 am to 7 pm, as it is in the same building. Other things to note ① The hotel is located close to the national highway, so in some cases, the noise of large vehicles may interfere with your sleep. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do provide earplugs for you to use. ② Smoking is not allowed in the building, but ashtrays are provided outside, so please smoke outside. ③ Please keep your valuables with you. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost items. ④ Please note that you may be asked to pay for any damage to equipment or utensils, or any complaints from neighbors. ⑤ Please refrain from BBQs and parties as it is located in a residential area. Also, please refrain from playing loud music or making loud noises. ⑥ Please note that there will be people coming in and out of the beauty salon from 9 am to 7 pm, as it is attached to the property.
