The apartment is located in a newly built residence in a very quiet area away from city traffic. The center of Vieste is 2 km away, while just 350 m away you will find the magnificent beach of San Lorenzo with a white sand beach and crystal clear water where even your 4-legged friends are welcome! It is the ideal beach house for families who want to enjoy a relaxing stay. The space Large three-room apartment functionally furnished and finely decorated. The special feature of this accommodation is the large veranda with a view, furnished with a hammock and wicker armchairs, and a second, smaller veranda with an outdoor dining table. It is located on the first floor of the main building with an independent entrance (there is no elevator, there are some stairs to climb) and consists of two air-conditioned double bedrooms equipped with a wardrobe, bedside tables, lampshades and luggage racks, an air-conditioned living area with a dining room, a kitchenette and a single bed, and finally the bathroom, which was completely renovated in the spring of 2021 and is equipped with a shower, toilet, double sink and bidet.
