With three inviting bedrooms and the capacity to sleep up to 10 guests, it’s the ideal getaway for families and friends seeking both comfort and adventure. The property is 25 minutes from the new casino/Hochatown and 30 minutes from the lake, with all paved roads. Nestled at the end of a beautiful, tree-lined driveway, The Farmhouse is surrounded by tall, lush trees for a peaceful, nature-filled escape. A large front porch with comfy seating and a hot tub welcomes you. Inside, the bright living room features large windows with stunning forest views, a cozy sectional with extra pillows, a chair with a throw, and a sweet sitting area perfect for reading or relaxing. The open floor plan connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, offering views from front to back. The dining table seats 10–12, with extra seating at the kitchen island — perfect for meals, cocktails, and game nights. The kitchen, with gorgeous butcher block counters, keeps the chef part of the fun. Each of the three bedrooms offers high-end linens, extra pillows, and a mix of farmhouse charm and designer style. The primary bedroom includes a spacious closet and a pocket door to the laundry room for added convenience. Behind The Farmhouse, you’ll find a private indoor Pickleball court with corn hole, a retro arcade, a library, and a bar. Outside, the pool with a slide promises hours of fun, plus a nearby pool house bathroom for extra comfort. Rain or shine, you'll have plenty to enjoy! The 6 Airstreams are located throughout the property, close enough to visit your friends, but secluded enough for privacy. Each Airstream can accommodate 2-4 (depending on the Airstream), and has a private bathroom and shower, as well as a private patio with firepit. Situated on 10 acres, you'll feel completely immersed in your surroundings. Explore the retreat's scenic trails or relax on the deck, where you might spot a deer wandering by. FEW IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES: - Any tampering or attempts to uncover the pool cover in fall/winter time is strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of our house rules ✻Property House and Security Rules✻ Maximum Occupancy in Farmhouse + 6 Airstreams: 34 . Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without a refund. Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay. You will be required to sign a rental agreement which will require you to upload your license. A $750 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution. The deposit will be processed through an Airbnb-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the Airbnb platform, including email and messaging. ✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay. For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do not permit the following at any time: No Pets. No Smoking or Vaping of any kind. No Fireworks Permitted. ADDITIONAL EVENT POLICIES: - Before booking our property for an event, guests are required to contact us to discuss the details and obtain approval. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking. - Event Fees: In addition to the property fee, there may be an event fee which is structured depending on the number of people and other factors. Please ask before booking and we will give you an exact quote! - Event Guest Limit: Only the number of guests indicated as the maximum capacity for each property is allowed to stay overnight during an event. Exceeding this limit is not permitted and may result in additional charges or cancellation of your booking. - The maximum allowed at any event is 150 people. - Allowed Events: Weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, family reunions, class reunions, anniversary parties, retirement parties, birthday parties, pickleball tournaments, company retreats, company events, corporate training, spiritual retreats, leadership retreats, coaching retreats, support group retreats, yoga retreats. - Prohibited Events: Unauthorized gatherings, gatherings exceeding 150 people, wild parties, commercial events, fraternity/sorority or high school parties, sporting events, illegal activities, concerts, ragers, or political rallies. ☞ Call to verify your event is allowed before booking!‼︎ OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: The fireplace in the Farmhouse will not be operational from April 1 to October 1. Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, towels, and linens. Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups. We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out. Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice. "Wasp season" is typically from November to December and early spring! During chilly nights and early mornings followed by warm days, wasps tend to gather on rooftops in search of warmth. While it doesn't necessarily mean there's a wasp nest in the house, they are essentially in hibernation mode, seeking cozy spots. Generally, they won't bother you much, but we kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture! Stay buzz-free and enjoy your time in the cabin! Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit. Guest access Guests have private access and will receive a key code before arrival to enter the cabin.
