Maplewood Cottage

This gem of a cottage is usually fully booked by our returning guests. Due to a couple of cancellations we’ve decided to put it up on this platform. Relax and enjoy the cosy wooded feel with a large comfortable couch, open concept kitchen with wooden features throughout. A cottage with a cosy modern touch. A Lovely deck to walk out onto with tables chairs and porch swing. Weber bbq propane included. The space This lovely cottage has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a double over single bunk bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower. The deck is spacious with a sun umbrella and patio furniture, including a table for 4, a porch swing and a Weber bbq. Propane is included. The open concept living room has a large cosy pullout couch and television You will need to supply your own beach towels, bed sheets, pillowcases, blankets and comforters. Mattress Covers, and Pillows are provided. Dish soap, dish cloths, are provided. One roll of toilet paper is provided,- Large clear plastic bags are needed for garbage containers as housekeeping services are not included. Guest access Our guests have access to our entire property 3 1/2 acres of beautiful lakeside property on Lake Boshkung. With 70 feet of lake frontage There are 4 cottages available to rent on our property. The water is great for swimming. We have a long safe sandy beach and a raft and rock to swim out to. We have 2 campfire pits, 2 peddle boats, a canoe, 3 kayaks and SUP for guests to use. We have a pool table, ping pong and games room with a library right on the water in the main boathouse for guests. There is a lovely cedar sauna for guests use as well. Other things to note There is a BBQ located on your private deck. Propane is provided There is free docking avail should you have a boat. Depending upon the water level, and boat size, you can launch your boat right at the property, if the water is low there is a boat launch across the lake. Please enquire further if you wish to bring your boat and we can advise accordingly. Dogs are welcome, and must be on a leash at all times , and observe the “poop and scoop” rules, please enquire should you want to bring your furry friend xx
