Plenty of blankets and extra linens that are soft and cleaned! The space Hello and welcome to my paradise! This is my personal home and I live here full time unless I'm traveling for work or play! I truly want my things to be yours while you stay and I hope it feels like “home away from home” for you. It's stocked with everything I use on a daily basis and you're welcome to use anything you see. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a full bath. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, drawers, and a closet. Help yourself to a good read from my personal collection, but please return the books to their shelf before you leave from your stay! An iron, hair dryer, and curling iron are in a drawer in the bathroom. And you’ll also find a twin air mattress in a bedroom closet. Additional fresh linens are in the hall closet. You will also have a fan, heaters, air purifier, noise machine, charge ports, and Bluetooth speaker to use! Extra blankets and pillows. Forgot something? There's an entire drawer in your bathroom that is well stocked on a variety of items. There are full-sized shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash to use. There's always bottled water in the fridge and snacks on the counter. There are three different ways to make coffee. I've added a washer and dryer, they are included in the cost of the rental! No Smoking or Vaping: Strictly no smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes is allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Evidence of smoking or strong odors will result in a minimum $500 professional cleaning and deodorizing fee, and may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation. Guest access You will have access to the entire house except for some spaces that are individually labeled "No Access for Guests" You can enjoy the front and back porch. The garage is locked and not available. There is NO parking in driveway without prior approval. No Parties, Events, or Unauthorized Gatherings: Parties, events, and large disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited. The maximum number of people on the property at any given time must not exceed the confirmed number of registered guests. Visitor Policy: All visitors (anyone not staying overnight) must be pre-approved by the host. Unregistered day visitors are not permitted on the premises. Fees and PenaltiesUnauthorized Guests: An additional fee of $50 per person, per night will be charged if unauthorized guests are found on the property. Unauthorized Parties/Events: Hosting an unauthorized party will result in an immediate reservation cancellation without refund and a $500 penalty fee for excessive cleaning and security disruption.
