Areas in the home include: ✱ Living room: brand new 65-inch TV with Google TV, 2 vintage style chairs, 1 love seat sofa that comfortably seats 3 people ✱ Full Kitchen: contains key appliances like a fridge, stove, microwave and complimentary pots, pans, silverware, cups and plates ✱ Coffee bar: coffee station with Keurig machine and complimentary K-cups, electric tea kettle with tea bags ✱ Main Bedroom: attached half bathroom, Queen sized bed, 43" TV, large cabinet drawer, nightstands, closet space ✱ Bedroom #2: queen bed, nightstand, closet space ✱ Bedroom #3: queen bed, nightstand, closet space ✱ Backyard: patio area and and small fenced in section for dogs to do their business - pets are welcome! ✱ If you book for a week or longer, you will have access to the washer & dryer located in the basement Welcome to your home away from home! Fast, reliable WiFi is available! ✱ Washer & dryer access is located in the basement of the home and is ONLY available IF you book for a week or longer ✱ The garage is off limits and unaccessible. Other things to note ✱ Dog friendly ONLY (no other pets). For dog owners, our fenced in area is NOT attached to the home. You're more than welcomed to use it, but you'd have to walk your dog to this area which is behind the home. ✱ For your protection and ours, we have two Ring cameras in the exterior of the property (doorbell on front entrance and another facing the driveway). We take security seriously - we’re not spying on you! ✱ Please ensure to keep noise at a reasonable level and follow our house rules for quiet hours. Do not leave pets in the yard unattended for long periods of time. Be courteous to our neighbors, they have been very supportive of our rental efforts. ✱ For stays longer than 28 days, we require at least one professional cleaning service (per month) during the stay at your own expense.
