The accommodation is a triplex apartment, ideally located to stay in Dieppe, 100 m from the beach, and in the city center. You will nevertheless appreciate the calm of the apartment which is at the back of a courtyard closed by a large gate, within a peaceful building. With its kitchen open to the living room, three spacious bedrooms and a second TV/game room, the apartment will comfortably accommodate families and friends. Warning: triplex, steep stairs, especially the last one. The space The accommodation is located on the second floor, on the courtyard, of a quiet, secure building, closed by a large wooden gate. It is less than a two-minute walk from the large beach of Dieppe. An excellent bakery is located at the foot of the building. Shops as well as the large market (very famous!) are accessible from the exit of the building. Triplex apartment, with - a first level with a living room with its open equipped kitchen and a bathroom (shower cubicle and toilet) - a second level with two spacious bedrooms (the first includes a sofa bed for two people, the second includes two single beds that can be brought together to form a double bed) and separate toilets - a third level with a games room/TV lounge (well stocked with games that children will enjoy) and a bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed - access to the rooms is via stairs (secured by barriers for children) which are not recommended for people with limited mobility (the second staircase is steep) Parking is available on the street of the building (paid parking) and on the waterfront 50 meters away (free parking) This is a second home that we appreciate very much for its space, its calm and its immediate proximity to the beach and shops.
