The house is in the municipality of St Affrique, a little set back from the town center by going up to the St Victor plateau. The location allows quick access to all amenities (restaurants, shops, doctors, pharmacies, hospital), 2 min drive and 10 min walk! You can enjoy the weekly market (one of the most beautiful in the region) to stock up on aligot/sausages and local products The space In the south of Aveyron, come and discover our cottage in an old building typical of the area and completely renovated in 2024. In a spacious kitchen-living room overlooking an outdoor terrace, a beautiful kitchen equipped with an induction stove, a beautiful sink, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker (Senseo, free coffee), a kettle (free tea), a toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The TV and relaxation area consists of a comfortable sofa, ottomans and plaids as well as a generously sized TV, access to the Netflix platform included to occupy rainy days! You will find a very good Wi-Fi connection as well as the ability to connect directly to the house network which is connected to fiber optic, ideal for remote working! The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a comfortable queen size double bed. A small dresser for storing some items is also present. All bed linens are provided and the bed is made upon your arrival, ready to sleep! The sofa bed in the living room can also be used for 2 extra beds, this one is a real queen size bed also once unfolded with a real mattress. Linens are also provided but need to be put in place when used. Guests can enjoy the terrace for meals as well as for rest, it overlooks the garden, the surrounding forest and its small stream below (no facing, peace and quiet assured). You also have access to the house's private park (4000 m² of land) and the swing slide, small soccer cage and small basketball hoop for children. A barbecue is also available near the terrace. The house is completely surrounded by nature! Guest access You have an annex to the house. Both parties do not communicate with each other. Other things to note Activities: You are spoiled for choice and outdoor activities are king, cycling (e-bike, Road, Mountain bike), canoeing, tree climbing and hiking are at your fingertips, we ourselves are practitioners and will be happy to advise you! The local fishing store will provide you with all the information you need about the possibilities.
