We love this house and our neighborhood, particularly this block of the street. We personally lived here for years before we moved out but still know most of the neighbors in the same block. All of our neighbors are friendly, kind with open minds. We did majority of renovation ourself and put in all the updates that we think is going to make living here even more enjoyable. We hope you will love this house too! The space Parking: Guests are welcome to park their car on the driveway. Total of 2 cars can be parked at the driveway. Off-street parking is also available by the curbside. Main floor: This house has the main living area on the main floor with a living and dining room combo. Full kitchen that is stocked with basic cooking utensils, pot & pan, oil, salt and pepper. One full bathroom is also on this main level and is stocked with shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a hair dryer, and towels. The main floor also consists of two bedrooms; One of the bedroom has a queen bed and a desk with shelves and a chair, and the other bedroom has one daybed and one XL twin bed. This room is stocked with a twin air mattress that can fit under the daybed. Backyard: Backyard can be accessed through kitchen and it has a large stone paver area for entertaining and an area with fire pit. 4 outdoor lightweight Adirondack chairs are stored under the covered back porch. Basement: A washer and a dryer, a larger full restroom, a multipurpose room that can be used as workspace with a dedicated table and chair, another bigger dining table with 4 chairs, and the event room are located in the basement. Guest access The entire house can be used by the guests and the only off limit area is the garage and a small storage room in the basement where we store our supplies. The house is priced for the maximum amount of guests (Maximum of 4 overnight guests). Other things to note One 65” Smart TV in the living room that offers free Google TV chanels and are loaded with Apps that you can sign in with your own subscription accounts.
