The space This homes upper level consists of 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, dining, lounge area,wrap around deck, outdoor dining table, outdoor lounge area with tv, outdoor kitchen with drinks fridge and large bbq and plunge pool with umbrella and sun chairs. You may access the upper floor via the internal stairs or the external (3) stairs via the front deck. The lower level of the home is step free, contains the 5th bedroom, additional bathroom, kitchenette/laundry with fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer, a pool table, additional dining/games table a large lounge area with a tv and air-conditioning. the entire home is has ample screened windows and doors and fans throughout to encourage and capture breezes and airflow. The outdoor spaces of the home are vast such as the beautiful fire pit area that is highlighted with fairy lights is an awesome spot to relax and have a fire with friends and family. Please feel free to collect fire wood and kindling from the property, taking care not to cut down or damage any gardens or plants. There are also a few flat grassed areas to relax or for kids to kick a ball and play. The property has no garage but there are plenty of places to park. The entire property is surround by beautiful bush giving the feeling of being completely secluded but your actually only 10 minutes to the closes stores. If you feel like heading the the beach, the closeset beach would Mooloolaba beach and there are also many restaurants and activities under half an hour away. There is even a train station 5 minutes down the road in eudlo.
