Former wine press, Villa Veda offers for rent an independent agricultural building ("la fattoria") composed of 2 suites "Lisa" (50 m²) + "Eugenie" (120 m²), separated by a kitchenette "Louis" where you can prepare a snack to enjoy on the terrace. A laundry room with washing machine + dishwasher is in an adjacent room. Park and swimming pool enjoy great tranquility. It should be noted that the owners may be present in the main building of the property. The space Both suites are open spaces. In each of the suites the double bed is located on the mezzanine and the living room located on the ground floor can accommodate up to two people on its sofa composed of two separate mattresses. Only a couple with a maximum of 2 children will be allowed to stay in each of the 2 suites (i.e. a maximum of 4 people per suite) Guest access Guests can enjoy both suites, summer kitchen, laundry, pool and outdoor areas with pizza oven and barbecue. Other things to note The 4 spaces (2 suites + summer kitchen + laundry) are independent of each other and do not communicate. Only the terrace in front allows you to move from one space to another. Both suites are open spaces. No privacy between the mezzanine bedroom and the living room below. The wood for the pizza oven or barbecue is not provided. Pool towels are not provided. The water is not potable. Thunderstorms or overvoltage due to the commissioning of too many electrical appliances together, can cause power outages.
