The Yellow House: by Waterfront & Town Center

The Yellow House's perfect central location means everything is just a short walk from the front door -- whether it's down the hill to Urbanna Creek and the public Town Marina, to local restaurants and shops, the grocery store, or town park. TYH is also located in Urbanna's Historic District, within steps of a rare surviving 1760’s brick storehouse known as the James Mills Scottish Factor Store and two early 19th century dwellings -- Little Sandwich and the Gressitt House. The space Welcome to our well-loved and carefully maintained home. As it’s over 100 years old, it has some unique character, including occasional creaks and cracks. We have 3 comfortable bedrooms that can sleep 7 guests: Bedroom #1: Queen bed (downstairs) Bedroom #2: King bed (upstairs) Bedroom #3: Queen bed and twin bed (upstairs) For additional accommodations, there's a full-size sleeper sofa that can sleep 1-2 people, along with a queen-size air mattress available if needed. There are 2 full bathrooms: Bathroom #1: Shower/bathtub combo (downstairs) Bathroom #2: Bathtub only (upstairs) We offer highspeed internet and a dedicated office for remote working. Please note for accessibility considerations: The home has 3–4 steps at both the front and back entrances, and there is a staircase to the second floor (where 2 of 3 bedrooms are located). Both full bathrooms have traditional bathtubs that require stepping into them— one includes a shower, and the other is a soaking tub.
