Apartment by the Sea - Angra dos Reis

The Flat has a sea view, located in a condominium with a complete structure, offering two blocks, one with a tennis court, fitness center, sauna, swimming pool, playground, access to the marina, bar and restaurant, parking, Wi-Fi in the apartment and in the hall, 24-hour security and easy access to the beach. The flat has: a blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, rice cooker, omelet maker, grill, air fryer, electric oven, microwave, air-conditioning and cable TV. The space Small pets allowed. Keep pets on your lap in common areas. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Included: pillows, pillowcases, sheets, blankets, and bath and face towels. Follow the condominium regulations that are available in the Flat. Guest access Small gym, sauna, play area, rest area, swimming pool. Direct access to the beach. For small boats and jet skis in "carts," we can negotiate with the condominium the additional payment of a parking space that will be paid at check-in. As for placing and removing boats in the sea, the guest must negotiate directly with the condominium reception or directly with the employees. Large cars that occupy 2 parking spaces (RAM type) will have to pay in advance the daily parking fee for the additional occupied space. Other things to note - The condominium offers laundry (paid by the guest) and cleaning service, if desired (paid separately by the guest) - WE DO NOT HAVE A WASHING IN THE APARTMENT. - We provide a hairdryer and a small hair straightener (when finished using, unplug from the outlet and store in the place you found it). - The stove is electric and has two burners - The restaurant accepts orders and delivery to the Flat (check if they charge a delivery fee). - The condominium restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner (not included in our daily rate). - In addition to the pool bar, on the beach there is also the restaurant bar with tables, chairs and a sun umbrella. - We provide two beach chairs. Be careful not to leave them on the beach when returning. - Do not leave lights, TV and air-conditioning on when leaving the apartment (Save Energy!). - Do not iron on the bed or on top of the quilt to avoid burning them. - When coming from the beach, wash your feet and shake off the sand. There is a spout near the beach guardhouse (Ask the guard to turn on the pump) and a shower in the pool area. - Obey the condominium rules and have a good neighbor policy, especially regarding noise and loud sounds between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
