Great house! Perfect location! Large (there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms), airy, bright and very pleasant. * Flexible check-in and check-out times (between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.) provided there are no other guests checking in and/or out on the same day. If there are, check-in will be after 4 p.m. and check-out by 10 a.m. * We charge a fee of R100 for check-in/check-out outside business hours (between 6 p.m. and 8 a.m.). This fee is paid separately upon arrival. The space The location is your strong point! You can do everything on foot. The house is in the village of Porto de Galinhas, and in less than 400 meters you will find restaurants, bars, shops and so on. Close to the sea: the beach is 200 meters away, in one of the best spots for bathing. The street is one of the most bustling and lively in Porto de Galinhas, but the house is strategically located away from any noise or turmoil. This means you're close to everything that's best, but with the tranquility and silence you need to rest and enjoy! The house is ready for use. The kitchen has all the appliances and items needed for a comfortable stay. If you wish, we can refer someone to cook/clean during your stay (subject to an additional fee). There are 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. We have 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 2 single beds, totaling 8 beds. In addition, we have 5 more mattresses that can be placed on the floor of any of the rooms, thus completing the maximum capacity of 13 guests in the house. Electricity, running water, cooking gas, Wi-Fi internet, bed linen and towels (provided once) are already INCLUDED in the final price. The house has 2 floors, all with excellent finishing. The built area is 188 square meters. Ground floor: garden with barbecue and shower, terrace, 1 bedroom with split air-conditioning, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, service area and garage for 2 cars. 1st floor: 2 large bedrooms (with split air-conditioning) and 1 full bathroom. 2nd floor: 1 large suite, with split air conditioning. Guest access During the rental period, the house is completely for the guest and their guests.
