Our charming cottage is perfectly located, providing you with the best of both worlds. It is just a 2-minute walk to a private access beach, where you can enjoy the serene beauty of the shoreline. Additionally, it is only a 5-minute drive to beautiful downtown Kincardine, where you can explore a variety of shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The space INSIDE Step into the bright kitchen, featuring ample counter and cupboard space. The adjacent dining area boasts a large dining table, ideal for memorable meals. The kitchen opens into a cozy living area furnished with a couch, chair, TV, and electric fireplace—perfect for movie nights or casual chats. Beyond the living room, three inviting bedrooms comfortably sleep seven guests. OUTSIDE The cottage offers multiple outdoor seating areas, including a covered breezeway with a cozy conversation set, a new back deck equipped with a propane BBQ, a picnic table for outdoor dining and an outdoor globe fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs—perfect for roasting marshmallows. The expansive front deck is an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee and soak in the peaceful surroundings or enjoy at night, while stargazing. SLEEPING SPACES Premier Bedroom: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Single bunk beds with a single trundle bed that rolls out BATHROOM 4-piece bathroom featuring a combination tub/shower. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE A brief 2-minute walk leads you to private beach access via stairs, where you can enjoy the most stunning sunsets over Lake Huron. The beach is exceptionally quiet, often giving you the feeling of having it all to yourselves.
