Private Balcony Centralized Washing Machine, RO Drinking Water, (Roof Top shared ) Rooftop Garden: A beautiful space to relax, meditate, or enjoy the scenic views of Bodhgaya. Guest access All guests have access to the rooftop garden, but food and music are not allowed in the common places. Other things to note 01. Recycling collection Please dispose of waste responsibly in the ​designated bins. near the ground Floor .Keep Trace between 6 Am to 8 AM. We encourage recycling ​and keeping the space tidy during your stay. 02. Keys Pay attention to the keys: before going out, ​please make sure they do not remain ​inserted in the lock, inside the house. Please ​return the key to the same lockbox at check-out and ensure it is securely locked. 03. Lights Do not leave lights on unnecessarily (make ​sure to turn off the lights in the garden and ​terrace during the day). Do not keep windows ​open while using air conditioning.Turn off all ​switch while outside 04. No Parties or Events Parties and large gatherings are not allowed ​in the apartment. We strive to maintain a ​peaceful atmosphere for all our guests and ​neighbors. 05. Cleaning -Waste Disposal Leave the apartment and kitchen clean. Any ​extra cleaning will be charged. Please ​dispose of waste responsibly in the ​designated bins. We encourage recycling ​and keeping the space tidy during your stay 06. Respect the Space Please treat the apartment with care and ​respect. Report any damages or issues to us ​immediately. If anything gets damaged, we ​appreciate being informed so we can ​address it promptly. 07. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the ​apartment. Guests are welcome to smoke in ​designated outdoor areas. This helps us ​maintain a clean and healthy environment ​for everyone. 08 Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 6 AM To respect the tranquility of our space and ​neighbors, we kindly ask that all guests ​observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 6 AM. ​Please keep noise to a minimum during ​these times. 09. Use of Amenities Feel free to use all provided amenities, ​including the kitchen, Wi-Fi, and rooftop ​washing machine RO Drinking water. Please ​clean up after using the kitchen, and handle ​the equipment responsibly. 10. Guests Only registered guests are allowed to stay ​overnight in the apartment. 11. Government Responsibilities As per local regulations, all guests are ​required to provide valid identification at the ​time of check-in. For international travelers, a ​passport and a visa copy is necessary. Indian ​citizens must provide a government-issued ID ​such as an Aadhaar card, passport, or driver’s ​license.We are obligated to share guest ​information with local authorities to ensure ​compliance with safety and security ​regulations. Your cooperation in providing ​accurate information is greatly appreciated.
