Homestay but independent, upstairs bedroom in a small annex next to our house. A 7-minute walk from Épernon train station (40 minutes from Paris by train) Quiet, on the edge of the woods. Beautifully decorated, this charming attic room has a shower room with bath towels. An espresso machine, a kettle, and a mini-fridge are available, as well as tea and coffee. Outside, there is a small table and 2 chairs to enjoy your breakfast or relax. Guest access You can park at the top left of the small incline.
