Independent 20 m2 studio

Our 20 m² studio, located in our garden, is attached to the house but totally independent, with private access from the side. It overlooks the family terrace and a very quiet wooded garden, in the peaceful neighborhood of Saint-Symphorien. The tram is an 8-minute walk, and in 6 minutes you arrive at Porte de Loire. As far as we are concerned, we prefer cycling to go down to the city... in 10 minutes, you will be at the train station!
