Welcome to my second home in our beautiful rural town. The house is a family-friendly townhouse from 1956 with a living room and 3 bedrooms, an older kitchen and a bathroom with toilet, as well as a large garden with trampoline that is shared with the nearest neighbor, but with its own terrace with barbecue. From the house, there is easy access to the beach and shopping in the local grocery store, as well as a café/restaurant at the local campsite. Only 30 minutes by car from Astrid Lindgren's World. In the basement there are 2 additional bedrooms, one of which is without a window. Guest access The part of the basement shared with my neighbor is not part of the lease, nor is the garage. If you need to use a washing machine, you can contact me or my neighbor, as the washing machine is located in the part of the basement that my neighbor uses.
