We are not professionals, but we always try to welcome you and serve you as best as possible so that your stay is up to your expectations. In our house you will find, On the ground floor: - 🛋️ 1 large living room with double corner sofa with 10 seats, 🎱 1 American pool table, 📺 1 TV with Amazon Firecast (Netflix subscription, PrimeVideo, Deezer), 🍻1 bar - 🍳 1 fully equipped open kitchen with a bar overlooking the dining room - 🪑1 large table in the 20 seater dining room - 🚽a separate toilet with a sink Upstairs: - 1 play room with ⚽ foosball, 🎮 Play-Station and Pac-Man 🕹️ arcade According to our numbers: ° If 4 adults and under: - 1 master suite with private shower room in the bedroom, with large window without curtain. ° If there are at least 5 adults: - 🛏️ 3 bedrooms including 1 divided into 2 by a blackout curtain with 7 beds of 140 x 190 cm - 🛋️ 1 sofa bed 140x190cm in living room - 🛁 1 shower room with toilet 🚽 In the garden are: - 🏊 an indoor indoor pool of 24m2 by 1m deep with heating by solar panels in a room that closes with the help of a padlock. Available from April to September. - 🚿a 3rd shower with cold water by the pool - 🫧 a Nordic bath: cylindrical wooden bath, in which 6 people sit, whose water heats with a wood fire, accessible all year round (wood provided), with extra charge. - tables, chairs and benches for your meals (20 seats) - a plancha (no barbecue) - a garden furniture consisting of a coffee table, a 3 seater sofa, 2 double sofas and 2 armchairs. - deckchairs - a balancelle - a trampoline 4.60 m in diameter - 🛝 1 slide for children between 3 and 8 years old - a garden house for children between 2 and 8 years old ❗The use of these amenities remains under the full responsibility of each user. Guest access During your stay, you will have access to the entire house and its exteriors, except for the sleeping area reserved for us, the garage, and the dressing room. The cabinets, drawers...etc contain our personal belongings, you will not have access to them. Other things to note - the rate is for a rental from 🕕6 p.m. to 🕛 10 a.m. You can extend your stay, with a supplement of €30/hour. To be set at the time of booking. - 🫧 The Nordic bath is accessible all year round, with an additional charge of €200, regardless of the length of your stay. It is disinfected and stocked before your arrival, wood is provided. You will have to heat it yourself (allow 3 hours in winter, 1 hour in summer to reach 38° C). In case of frost, we reserve the right to cancel the Nordic bath service, whose pipes would not support the frozen water. Notify us at least 48 hours before arrival to be able to benefit from it. - 🛏️ The beds are made upon arrival. Towels are not provided. - Check the property type in the listing carefully. - The schedules agreed upon in advance must be respected. - 12 people maximum - please leave your places of passage in the same condition as when you arrived. - we allow reasonable parties, without noise abuse and alcohol abuse. - noise is prohibited after 10 p.m. - You will need to provide us with a vacation liability certificate (free from your home insurance). - a security deposit of €1,500 per bank card will be managed by Swikly, with a 30-day bank pre-authorization, to ensure compliance with our rules. The scale of amounts withheld can be provided upon request. The costs incurred by a deduction from this deposit will be the responsibility of the tenant. - 🚗 You will not need to park your vehicles in front of the house, or even on the street. Your vehicles must be parked in the village square, Place Bernard Leroux, 200 m away. - There are 2 outdoor cameras. 1 in front of the house due to problems with the neighbors regarding parking spaces, and 1 in the garden, which will not be working during your stay. - There are also several Alexa devices in the house to stream your favorite music with Deezer subscription. - For your information, no invoice will be issued to you following your stay with us.
