Hello! 🙋 Welcome to our listing. The space 🏡 This is our place of residence, so we and our personal belongings are present during your stay. We are not professionals, but we always try to welcome you and serve you as best as possible so that your stay lives up to your expectations. In our house you will find: On the ground floor: - 🛋️ 1 large living room with double corner sofa with 10 seats, 🎱 1 American billiards table, 📺 1 TV with Amazon Firecast (Netflix subscription, PrimeVideo, Deezer), 🍻1 bar - 🍳 1 fully equipped open kitchen with a bar overlooking the dining room - 🪑1 large table in the dining room with 20 seats - 🚽a separate toilet with sink Upstairs: - 🛏️ 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is divided into 2 by a blackout curtain with 7 beds of 140 x 190 cm - 🛋️ 1 sofa bed 140 x 190 cm in a living room - 🛁 1 shower room with toilet 🚽 - 1 games room with ⚽ foosball, 🎮 PlayStation and 🕹️ Pac-Man arcade terminal In the garden there are: - 🏊 an indoor pool covered with 24 m2 over 1 m deep with solar panel heating in a room that closes with a padlock. Accessible from June to September. - 🚿a 3rd shower with cold water near the pool - 🫧 a Nordic bath: cylindrical wooden bath, in which 6 people can sit, the water of which is heated by a wood fire, accessible all year round (wood provided), with surcharge. - tables, chairs and benches for your meals (20 seats) - a plancha (no barbecue) - garden furniture consisting of a coffee table, a 3-seat sofa, 2 2-seat sofas and 2 armchairs. - deckchairs - a swing - a 4.60 m diameter trampoline - 🛝 1 slide for children between 3 and 8 years old - a garden house for little ones between 2 and 8 years old ❗The use of this equipment remains the sole responsibility of each user. Guest access During the stay, you will have access to the entire house and its exteriors, except for the bedroom reserved for us, the garage and the dressing room. The cabinets, drawers, etc. contain our personal belongings, you will not have access to them. Other things to note - the rate is for a rental from 🕕6 p.m. to 🕛 10 a.m. You can extend your stay, with a supplement of €30/hour. To be set at the time of booking. - 🫧 The Nordic bath is accessible all year round, with a supplement of €150, regardless of the duration of your stay. It is disinfected and stocked before your arrival, wood is provided. You will have to heat it yourself (allow 3 hours in winter, 1 hour in summer to reach 38° C). In case of frost, we reserve the right to cancel the Nordic bath service, whose pipes would not support the frozen water. Obligation to notify us at least 48 hours before arrival in order to benefit from it. - 🛏️ The beds are made upon arrival. Towels are not provided. - possibility to rent the entire house throughout your stay: https://www.airbnb.fr/rooms/20846228?viralityEntryPoint=1&s=76 - depending on our availability, you can have the house to yourself for an additional €80/hour. - the times agreed in advance must be respected. - 12 people maximum - please leave your places of passage in the same condition as when you arrived. - we allow reasonable parties, without noise abuse and alcohol abuse. - Noise disturbances are prohibited for the respect of our neighbors. After 10pm, any noise must stop outside the house for the tranquility of the surrounding locals. - you will need to provide us a resort liability certificate (free from your homeowners insurance). - 🚗 You will not need to park your vehicles in front of the house, or even on the street. Your vehicles will have to park in the village square, Place Bernard Leroux, 200m away. - An outdoor camera is present following trouble with the neighborhood regarding parking spaces. - There are also several Alexa devices in the house to stream your favorite music with Deezer subscription.
