Access & Location The building is located on the waterfront. Access to the studio is via stairs from the parking lot on the street side (level -1). Once you are settled in, you can enjoy a stunning sea view from your balcony (2nd floor, seaside), perfect for savoring your breakfasts and admiring the sunsets. The studio includes: – An air-conditioned main room with a functional kitchenette (2 burners). – A sleeping area with a BRAND NEW wall bed (160 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed. – A balcony with a sea view, ideal for your leisure time. – A bathroom with toilet. 🛏️ Comfort included: Bed linen and towels are provided. Pack 'n play/travel crib available on request. A bright and stylish place where, between you and the sea, there is only the beach. Guest access Check-in: Check-in is completely self-check-in. You can access the accommodation from 4 PM using a secure lockbox, which gives you total freedom for your check-in time. Access to the accommodation: The building is located on the waterfront. From the parking lot of the residence (street side), the studio is accessed by stairs (descent to level -1). The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor on the sea side, offering unobstructed views of the horizon. Please note, there is no elevator. Parking: The residence has private parking facilities. As the number of spaces is limited, we advise you to arrive as early as possible to facilitate your parking. Support and guidance: During your stay, Julie, our co-host, will be at your disposal. Whether you have a question about the accommodation or need advice on the best places to discover in the area, don't hesitate to contact her! What's close by: Once your luggage is dropped off, you can get everywhere on foot: there is direct access to the sandy beach, as well as to the shops and restaurants of the village of Tiuccia. Other things to note The apartment is located 30 minutes north of Ajaccio Airport, in the center of the village of Tiuccia. You will enjoy all the local shops and restaurants (Diving center and boat rentals, pharmacy and medical office) The "Chez Doudou" butcher shop will allow you to enjoy excellent BBQs. Just 12 minutes away, in the direction of Cargèse, you can enjoy sublime ice cream with the flavors of the maquis in Sagone, at the famous Maître Glacier Géronimi. Continuing towards Cargèse, 25 minutes by car, you will pass the most beautiful beaches of the north coast, before reaching the A Piagha hut.
